Do I need a permit?
Small detached sheds often don't need a building permit, but bigger ones do, and setbacks from property lines apply either way. Any wiring always needs an electrical permit. Can I sleep or live in it?
Not as a shed or office. A place to live is an ADU, with its own rules for plumbing, egress and permits. See our pool and guest houses.
How long does a build take?
Most storage sheds take days on site once the foundation is set. Offices and studios take longer because of insulation, power and interior finish. [Typical timelines to confirm with Tim.]
Can you match my house?
Yes. We can match siding, trim and roof colors, or the roof pitch, so it looks like it was always there.
Do you sell kits?
No. Every shed is framed on site, sized to your yard.
